We've fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover. Labels will now generate within Veeqo upon purchase and we'll provide an update to any affected sellers for orders where a order was processed but no label received.
Currently, some of our sellers may experience issues with Purchasing Labels, where the remote orders reflect as being shipped, but not within Veeqo.
The issue has been reported to our development team, who are currently investigating. For the time being, labels may not be able to populate within Veeqo.
