Incident with USPS Ground Advantage Shipping Service

We've fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover.

Currently, some of our sellers may experience issues with purchasing USPS Ground Advantage shipping labels due to the following errors:

"CAN_NOT_PURCHASE_NO_OFFERS"

Affected sellers may notice that USPS Ground Advantage is either missing from the eligible shipping services list or returns an error when attempting to purchase a label. Other USPS services such as USPS Ground Advantage Cubic may also be affected.

The issue has been reported to our development team, who are currently investigating.
