We've fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover.
Currently, some of our sellers may experience issues with purchasing shipping labels for channel orders (except Amazon), due to the following error: "We encountered an internal error. Please try again"
The issue has been reported to our development team, who are currently investigating.
