Sellers affected by this issue should now be seeing orders and products syncing from their store now.
Our investigation shows that this issue is due to a configuration issue with SiteGround's firewall rules.
We advise sellers affected by this issue to reach out to SiteGround to get these rules removed. Sellers who are still affected should also reach out to API2Cart, our third-party provider for Veeqo's WooCommerce integration, as they will be able to provide more in-depth support.
We have identified an issue with our WooCommerce integration and the hosting provider SiteGround preventing orders and products from syncing.
