We've confirmed there is a problem related to the app version on Android devices, we're working to resolve it.
Currently, some of our sellers on the Mobile scanner app may experience an issue where a "purchase a plan" upgrade screen is incorrectly displayed when attempting to pick orders, despite having a valid paid plan subscription.
The issue has been reported to our development team, who are currently investigating.
