Incident with Printing jobs, seller's are unable to retrieve the document when printing labels
We've fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover.
Currently, some of our sellers may experience issues while printing labels for their orders, receiving the following error: “There was an error in generating the file. Please try printing these documents again"
The issue has been reported to our development team, who are currently investigating.
