Currently, some of our sellers may experience issues when sellers process multiple packages for a single order using Veeqo-purchased shipping labels, certain packages may be incorrectly marked as "shipped with other" in the system. This discrepancy results in inaccurate shipment information being transmitted to Amazon Seller Central, preventing sellers from retrieving the associated shipping labels.
The issue has been reported to our development team, who are currently investigating.
