The issues that Veeqo experienced caused by the AWS outage have now been resolved so Veeqo should be behaving as expected. Thank you for your patience with us as this issue was resolved and if you have any further problems please get in touch with our support team.

AWS partners are working to recover their services from the outage. While improvements are being made, our system is still experiencing delays.

You may experience issues within various areas of Veeqo including: slow load times, label printing failures, shipping rate retrieval delays, CSV export interruptions, VPA sync delays, and slow bulk operations.

Thank you for your patience. As the system recovers, and performance improves, the next update will be at 08:30 BST

Partners at Amazon Web Services have provided confirmation that the core issue is recovering, however there will be a delay on when expected application performance will resume while the system recovers.

This means that you may still experience issues within various areas of Veeqo. These issues include: slow load times, label printing failing, rates not being retrieved, CSV exports not completing. VPA not updating, and bulk operations.

While we still experience some issues around our main core workflows of the application, such as buying labels, printing jobs, bulk operations, and VPA updates, we have received news from our partner teams from Amazon Web Services where some of their services are improving, which helps on our application response times.

We are keep receiving alerts that our systems are failing, the alerts are related to bulk operation failing, timeout error in general action within the application, as well as VPA updates, printing labels and shipping purchase.

The team are continuing to work to try and resolve the issue with sellers not being able to retrieve rates or produce labels in Veeqo. This is a continuation on from the issues caused by the Amazon Web Services outage that happened.
