We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
Currently, some of our sellers may experience issues with not receiving rates for UPS due to the following error: "The selected shipping service cannot be purchased; please try a different selection from the choices in the eligible shipping services list."
The issue has been reported to our development team, who are currently investigating.
